My friend, Jessica…she’s the salt of the earth.
Not only is she the Founder of Noonday Collection, but she’s been my sister-friend for nearly 20 years. Back in 1998, I don’t think either of us knew we’d both become entrepreneurs. But, it’s been so fun to grow together with many aligned values around leadership.
I was overjoyed when she invited me to speak to her company’s Ambassadors about shame resilience, perseverance and finding the “win” in the failure for their upcoming #YouMatter podcast.
